The banned manufacturers are:
- Huawei
- ZTE
- Hytera
- Hikvision
- Dahua
- Their subsidiaries
Nothing in NDAA bans:
- Apple
- Samsung (non-China variants)
- Google Pixel
- Motorola (non-China variants)
- Nokia
- etc.
So Pixels are not on any “banned list.”
